What to bring to Appointment

What to bring to your appointment

  • A GP or Specialist referral which will then allow you to claim through Medicare. We are happy to submit the claim for you.  A referral is not essential for you to be seen however it is necessary if you wish to claim the consultation fees from Medicare.  It also enables us to correspond back to you referring doctor regarding your care.
  • All relevant previous pathology tests such as blood or skin pathology.
  • A valid Medicare card.

Fees

You will be informed of the consultation fees at the time of booking. Additional fees are payable for procedures such as biopsies, injections, cryotherapy and surgical excisions. As we are a private clinic payment is requested on the day of your consultation.  Your Medicare rebate can be processed directly into your account and payment is accepted via EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard or cash. Bulk billing is not available.

Cancellation Policy

Reminders are sent out via SMS 72 hours prior to your appointment.  A $100 non-attendance fee is payable for a missed appointment.
